NTG Healthcare Services is seeking for a Home Health LPN – TO START ASAP who’s seeking a local/travel placement in Hospice setting. We are looking for a motivated and energetic LPN to join our team. Home Health LPN are one of the most versatile roles in the nursing industry and the demand for them is growing.
Job Details:
- 13 week contract
- M-F 8-5 with some weekend coverage
HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TRAVELING FROM PATIENT TO PATIENT FOR HOME VISITS AND MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND ADJUST TO CHANGES TO SCHEDULE.
- 40 hours guaranteed
- EMR system is HealthWyse
Job Requirements:
- 2 years minimum of experience
- Sub Specialties: Hospice RN, Home Health RN, Wound Care, LPN
- Active State License
- BLS Certification
Contract length: 13 months

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
