Window Covering Sales Consultant
Santa Barbara Screen & Shade, a Hunter Douglas Gallery dealer, seeks a self-reliant Window Covering Sales Consultant. As a window covering sales consultant, you will listen to the customer’s needs, carefully observe the installation setting, and focus on precise technical detail. Window covering installers with minimum 5 years’ experience who wish to transition into sales are also welcome to apply. Come work with us in our Santa Barbara showroom, where you’ll:
- Provide customers creative guidance on style, color and fabric selections.
- Conduct on site consultations to guide and provide homeowners, designers and architects with luxury window coverings.
- Carefully observe the installation setting and focus on precise technical detail.
- Prepare quotes and assist customers in the purchasing process.
- Follow up on open leads, no cold calling required!!!
- Become a product expert for Hunter Douglas products.

About You
The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented, skilled salesperson with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In your background, you’ll have:
- Associates degree or higher in any field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully selling shades, draperies, and shutters
- Reliable transportation, good driving record
