WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Resident Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring program and facility safety, monitoring resident movement and supporting structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming designed to promote risk reduction and successful community reintegration. You collaborate with other staff and community partners to promote a pro-social and supportive program climate that encourages the development of independent living skills as well as to make recommendations to operational policies and procedures consistent with program goals and our mission.

SCHEDULE: Thursday-Monday, 1400-2200. The ability to train FT Monday-Friday, hybrid schedule, is preferred


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • 6+ months of experience working in the human services or criminal justice and/or correctional system(s) including internships and/or volunteer placements
  • Must be able to pass and maintain security clearances as required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP).
  • A passion to help others and for our mission: To provide individuals with criminal histories the opportunity to lead healthy, productive lives.
