SpringlimeHealth Serivices is seeking contract Providers – Medicaid Linked QBA or QMHAs who are interested in being a part of a dynamic team. Applicants will provide intake assistance and case management services to individual, couples, peers, group, family, children, teenagers, and adults. Must have min. 2 years CURRENT experience in a mental and behavioral healthcare sector. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, contract work.
Our hours of operation are 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday.
It is mandatory that applicants be linked with Medicaid. (If you are NOT LINKED TO NEVADA MEDICAID PLEASE DO NOT APPLY)
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Assist clients in completing intake paperwork
- Facilitate scheduling of services and transportation for clients
- Assess and identify case management needs
- Connect clients to community resources and programs to meet case management needs
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and organized client files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a National Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening
- CPR First Aid Certification
- Must possess professional liability insurance
- Must possess a valid Nevada driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Ensure progress notes are adequately completed daily
- Attend monthly team training

- Active NPI number and Linked to Nevada Medicaid
MANDATORY
Applicants must be linked to Medicaid, application will not be reviewed if candidates are not enrolled as a Qualified Mental Health Associate or Qualified Behavior Associate (QMHA/QBA)
SALARY – DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour
