Under the supervision of the Associate Vice President of Physician Practices and Wyoming Health Medical Group’s Co-Physician Leaders, the Staff Physician works collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Provides care in collaboration with the primary service attending physicians. Addresses, both acute and chronic issues in managing diseases and treatment-related complications. Collects documents and analyzes patient data; collaborates in the implementation of treatment plans; coordinates patient care with ancillary clinical services; makes appropriate referrals to consulting medical staff; provides follow up to referring physicians. Performs other related duties assigned or directed to meet goals and objectives of Wyoming Health Medical Group.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
Board certified or board eligible.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Family Medicine preferred
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Has or is able to obtain an unrestricted Wyoming state license.
OTHER CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must maintain active unrestricted privileges at Wyoming Medical Center
Unrestricted DEA license for State of Wyoming
Granted license from the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy
