GME PROGRAM MANAGER (Temple Health) – Temple University Health System – Philadelphia, PA

The Graduate Medical Education Program Manager manages all functions of Graduate Medical Education training programs offered at Temple University Hospital. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment, orientation, graduation of house staff, medical licensure, employment requirements, and compliance with all hospital policies, Graduate Medical Education policies and specialty program requirements (ACGME and/or applicable education organizations). Supports program service goals by organizing workload effectively and prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines. Pays attention to details, completes follow-through, and maintains organized record keeping systems.

Recommends strategic decisions which are in the best interest of the organization, develops policy and procedures, strives for performance improvement, provides project leadership and is able to analyze data and report effectively.

The Program Manager provides functional direction to Program Administrators and assists in the leadership and development of staff. Demonstrates team and visionary leadership; and works with management to identify process improvement projects including monitoring of key metrics.

Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
7 Years experience in a combination of administrative and/or GME roles (Required)
