In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and creating recruitment marketing social media content.


You’ll know you are successful when you:

  • Collaborate with company leadership to fill hiring needs.
  • Enhance and maintain recruitment employer branding by developing marketing materials: job ads, social media posts, etc
  • Identify and use traditional and non-traditional resources to recognize and attract quality candidates; CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, social media sites, etc.
  • Manage candidate activity flow, recruitment tracking method(s), and application/resume file and retention.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone, video, and in-person), administer appropriate assessments, conduct reference/background checks, influence hiring decisions, and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Complete on-boarding processes, including new hire paperwork and entering information into HR system(s).
  • Work with HR to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.

You could be a great addition if you have:

  • 2-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting in a high volume environment.
  • Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations that affect the recruitment and hiring portions of employment.
  • The ability to fluently communicate.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Reliable Internet (DSL or higher)
  • The ability to work 90% remote (some in office days may be required, as needed)
  • Live in Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area
  • The ability to travel for business meetings and recruiting events. (Up to 10%)
