We are looking for a People Experience Coordinator to join our North American team. The People Experience Team is a unique team which is anchored by one of our guiding pillars: sustainability, which includes social sustainability. The People Experience Team’s main focus is its people and providing an environment that is conducive to employee happiness, and resiliency.

The team is involved in the design and development of programs and initiatives centered around employee lifecycle processes, learning & development and employee engagement. Included within the scope of this team is the design, development and execution of employee events, special moments and employee physical spaces.

The People Experience Coordinator would be involved in all areas with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience. Reporting to the People Experience Director and working closely with the rest of the People Transformation Team.
