About the Sales Development Representative – Pinterest

MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will contact and build influential relationships with customers, sales reps, and partner contacts. Your primary focus will be to educate and connect potential customers with sales reps to, ultimately, drive sales opportunities for the SMB team. The ideal Sales Development Representative is a self-driven, sales conscious relationship builder who can orchestrate and engage multiple stakeholders, enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment, and can quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email interactions.

What will you do?

  • Convert warm leads into appointments while creating a great experience for customers
  • Outreach to new prospects to set appointments for the sales team and ultimately drive revenue
  • Manage contact info, schedules, calendaring, and communications
  • Maintain SalesForce hygiene
  • Be proactive with contact management
  • Precise attention to detail while continually optimizes the process to exceed goals
Desired attributes for success:

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Previous business to business sales preferred
  • Excellent sales and communication skills with proven ability to meet goals
  • Solid business acumen
