Here’s our compensation overview:

Status: Full Time -
Compensation: $22.5 + Bonus. In addition to hourly pay, a successful Manager in Training or Manager can earn $1,500 – $3,000 a month in bonuses! As well as job security, earn a great income and have peace of mind with a stable company despite the pandemic. Our top performers earn 6-figures as a Manager! If they can do it, anyone with drive, purpose and a work ethic can do the same! -

Managers are tasked with helping us generate leads. You will learn how to build a team, motivate teammates, achieve sales goals, work successfully as a manager and will be empowered to succeed. Most of all, you’ll be a part of one of the fastest growing Home Improvement companies in America.

- Excellent people and communication skills. Ability to speak with confidence to homeowners
- Naturally assertive and determined to achieve goals
- Paid comprehensive training where you will be taught our effective 6 step process on how to generate leads, how to effectively speak with homeowners, and the leadership skills you need to build a team
- Be able to motivate and encourage your team
- Ability to set and achieve daily goal
Experience & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous leadership/management experience
- Previous canvass experience is a plus
