What You Will Be Doing

-Engage directly with key decision makers such as senior, director, VP and C-level executives within our target market.
-The objective of the Business Development Representative is to generate interest through phone conversations, emails and events ultimately pre-qualifying and scheduling first meetings for the sales team.
-Reach or exceed quarterly quotes for dials and number of meetings scheduled.
-Nurture cooperative relationships with Marketing and Sales.
-Effectively execute on territory plans and build strategies to maximize outreach.

What You Need for this Position

-Bachelors degree coupled with the experience outlined in this overview
-Internal drive to accomplish necessary activity to drive results
-Navigating company gatekeepers and contacts. Getting the right contact on the phone
-Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn.
-Fantastic phone presence
-Ability to make 40+ phone calls per day and track progress
-Effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening and written)
-2-8 years of successful experience developing new business
