The Manager in Training position is just the start of your Ruler Foods journey. Store Manager Trainees begin their Ruler journey by completing a comprehensive 12 week training program.
Throughout the training you will learn the fundamentals of essential components such as Business Skills, Leadership and Management Skills, Store Department Skills, Human Resources Skills and Store Systems Skills. Over the course of the training program, you’ll learn what it takes to manage the overall operation of a Ruler Store. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with our Store Managers and District Managers on how to efficiently and effectively conduct store operations.
