What you’ll do:
Help us tell our story, understand our market, and develop and launch products that leverage our unique strengths and drive increasing value to our health plan and provider partners

Develop, refine, and update compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and services

Perform competitive research to build expertise on our category landscape and how the competitive field is positioned, and channel that expertise into sales and marketing strategy based on your insights

Partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to drive go-to-market strategies and manage impactful launches, including training and educating our payer and provider sales teams on messaging and positioning

Support asset development tools to enhance our sales cycles

Interact with clients, prospects, industry leaders, and analysts in order to gain insights and translate them into actionable inputs for our product and go-to-market strategies

Contribute to sales and marketing assets to enhance our sales cycles – e.g. product and data sheets, white papers, blogs, and presentations

Serve as a champion for our products for external and internal audiences including in webinars, conferences, and customer meetings

Support activities with our Customer Advisory Board and other advisors

Work closely with our product managers to sharpen our understanding of customer needs and experiences and refine our product planning

What you will need:
Must Have

2+ years of Product Marketing experience in growth stage healthcare SaaS companies

5+ years experience in growth stage healthcare organizations, ideally those focused on digital health, information technology, and/or value based care

Demonstrated analyst mindset, system thinking, and strategic research abilities

Proven “word-wizard”- extremely high communication skills: both written and spoken
