Main Responsibilities:
- Inbound/outbound calling, texting, and emailing
- Interact with company managers to identify new web based opportunities and improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information such as credit reports and personal information.
- Analyze and interpret information accurately and effectively while also retaining it.
- Develop an understanding of motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s, and personal water crafts by explaining characteristics, features between models, and capabilities
Requirements:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency for goal achievement.
- High school diploma or equivalent
