You Have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Genuine Happiness and the ability to spread it to others
- Goal oriented enthusiasm
- Motivated with discipline
- Sales
- Ability to connect with people
- Professionalism in appearance, performance and communication
- 1 or more years of Apartment Leasing experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities
Salary Range: $12-15
