If You: Have sales experience and want to make a positive difference by helping special needs children, then we may have an opportunity for you.

The Position: We are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative position. If you have the desire to succeed, are coachable, have an intense desire to learn, and have a can-do attitude than we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. We pay our sales representatives a very competitive hourly rate plus commission.

Training to Success: We provide training on all our products, the types of customers that we are looking for, and all the appropriate business training to make sales, follow up with customers, and grow our business. We will teach you what questions to ask in order to learn about prospective clients’ business needs as well as how to develop proposals that focus on client-oriented solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

Outbound calls to prospective customers
Conduct product demos from your desk via webinar software
Build close relationship with customers
Probe for customer needs
Create proposals to meet customer business needs
Close the deal!

What we’re looking for:

· People who want to make a difference

· Minimum of 2 years in B2B inside sales experience with proven track record

· Previous SaaS sales experience preferred

· Possess strong ability to do discovery with prospects

· Ability to close sales

· Excellent written and oral communication skills a must

· ABA background desirable

· Coachable

· Welcomes a challenge and has a hunger for success

· Easiness in talking to strangers

· Resilient and perseverance

· Positive energy and go-getter attitude

· Fast learner

· Team player

· College Degree highly preferred
