Front Desk Agent (The Normandy Inn & Suites)

The Normandy is a full service hotel with 200 suites and guest rooms. We have a full service restaurant and bar (The Normandy Kitchen and bar), complete banquet services and a commercial parking facility. The Normandy is consistently ranked among the top 10 best hotels in the Twin Cities by tripadvisor.com.
We are seeking candidates for the position of Front Desk Agent. Responsibilities of this job include: welcoming guests to the Normandy Inn, guest check-ins and check-outs, taking reservations, posting transactions to guest accounts, handling guest requests and enquiries, assist in driving courtesy shuttle. Previous front desk experience in a hotel is strongly preferred. Valid Minnesota Driver’s license is required.
