This position will be responsible for designing layouts, developing standard UI components, prototypes, style guides, UI kits and design systems and to be able to effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders. This position will be instrumental in developing our digital brand standards as we increase our creative digital footprint.

What will set you apart

Ability to communicate designs to developers and other key stakeholders

Solid background working with Sketch or other UI/UX wireframe/design tools.

Ability with tools like InVision, InVision Studio or other prototyping tools.

Background in website UX/UI builds (Discovery, User driven research, wireframes, responsive design, documentation for development teams)

Good understanding of modern website building.

Mastered composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final digital pieces such as banner ads, social media posts and micro-site

Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.

Strong ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Must be able to work well under pressure and time constraints.

Strong detail-orientation and solid organizational skills and must possess a strong team-orientation.

Proven track record of template and custom creative work.

Have a strong portfolio ready for review upon request.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
