DESCRIPTION

The Cold Chain Manager will coordinate the shipping and storage of COVID-19 vaccines for sites located throughout Utah. The Manager will work with the warehouse team, couriers, site staff, and senior leadership to ensure company initiatives are supplied and adequately supported.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and track delivery to ensure that thresholds for service are met
  • Monitoring daily allocations and shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Gather and analyze data such as forecasts, delivery and storage costs,
  • Must be able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously independently
  • Independently identify and implement process improvement opportunities


REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position
  • Working knowledge of cold chain strategies
  • English language proficiency required
  • Must be based in Orem, Utah
  • Healthcare background preferred but not required
  • Candidates must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
