Customer Service Truck Rental Agent, Full Time Needed

Truck Rental Agent. Position supports the dealership Rental Department office. Strong customer service skills required. Rental agent will work the rental counter and have daily interaction with truck rental customers.

Responsibilities include answering office phone calls, quoting rental rates, taking rental reservations, opening and closing rental contracts, checking in and out trucks to rental customers, and collecting payments as needed. Also required to provide general office admin duties such as filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and assisting rental team. Must have computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Preferred candidates will possess ability to professionally communicate with customers and rental team co-workers and be a team player and help where is needed. Also prefer candidates with sales capabilities to help generate additional business during slow times.

Prior experience in vehicle rentals or commercial truck industry a big plus!

Physical requirements to climb in and out of larger trucks and lift up to 25lbs.
