We are seeking Licensed and Certified Mental Health And Substance Abuse Counselors (LGPC, LCPC, CAC, ADT, CSC, LCSW, LGSW, etc.) to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel and advise individuals and/or groups with substance abuse problems and MH diagnosis
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients
- Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties
- Educate families and groups on substance abuse treatments and prevention programs
- Facilitate referrals from other healthcare or counseling professionals
- Perform urinalysis, provide documentation
- Data entry in Icanotes EHR system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in counseling, substance abuse, social work, or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- FLEXIBILTY
- Maryland State license or certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
