Access Marketing, Oncology Director (1-2) – Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies – Horsham, PA

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group, SCG) is recruiting for 2 Access Marketing, Director Oncology roles located in Horsham, PA.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics, and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

The Access Marketing, Oncology Director – will support the Group Director in building a coordinated and overarching SCG market access and reimbursement strategy for our new l assets and in-market solid brands. The successful incumbent will have key areas of responsibility in:

• Assimilate with payer/institutional marketing team on the brand to inform and craft the development of brand value proposition and associated customer-facing resources
• Create and lead exchange forums to collect, handle and share customer/market insights; translate customer insight into strategy and tactics
• Build and execute thoughtful training plan for payer and institutional account teams, ensuring improved proficiencies and launch readiness
• Develop and align the organization on brand access goals
• Lead and serve as a responsible point for core elements of the launch plans, including but not limited to the value proposition, account resources and training plan
• Drive SCG partner requirements across Integrative Evidence Team / Integrated Evidence Process to ensure data generation plan enhances value proposition
• Use the Market Access Excellence framework to drive organizational alignment around strategic choices to optimize access strategy
• Lead annual market access readiness strategy (Janssen Access Leadership Team / Market Access Readiness Review)
• Build credibility and establish strong and highly functional partnerships with brand partners, account teams, strategic customer group functional leads and alliance partners
• Lead National Meeting / Fast Start meetings / New Hire Training for Strategic Account Management team

Qualifications

• BA/BS required, and an MBA preferred.

Required:

• Minimum 5 years business with a minimum of 2 years marketing/strategy experience and proven performance
• Candidate must demonstrate strategy, marketing, innovation, collaboration, and analytical skills as well as a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and the ability to identify market trends that impact business goals.
• Must be able to lead and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must possess the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
• Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel across levels and functions is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required, including the ability to defend logical business arguments, influence without authority, and facilitate consensus-building is required.
• Strong project management skills required.
• Solid understanding of US market access environment and key market segments ex. Health Plans, PBMs, IDNs, Hospitals, Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, VA, DOD etc.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing and price reporting ex. BP, Buy and Bill, OID
• Understanding of Financial and Business planning

• Market access related experience preferred
• Prior oncology therapeutic area experience preferred
• Launch readiness experience a plus.

This position is based in Horsham, PA, and will require up to 10% travel (domestic).
