- Prepare, cook, cut, and serve rotisserie chicken according to company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary environment
- Strong knowledge of ingredients and portions
- Supporting other areas of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Friendly, upbeat attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to push/pull/lift/carry up to 25 lbs. individually
- Able to adhere to all safety standards
- Ability to multitask
- Enjoys working in a team
- Possess CA Food Handler Certificate
