PK, the experience engineer firm, is seeking a Healthcare Strategy Engagement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading client engagement and satisfaction consultant experience and project deliverable quality. The ideal candidate will pair deep healthcare expertise and a digital services background in representing a broad range of solutions across strategy, design, build and run.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of consultants in delivering a portfolio of end-to-end experience engineering programs across strategy, design, engineering and data.
  • Own client and consultant satisfaction with our work.
  • Be a career advisor to the junior staff.
  • Coach and develop junior team members in their immediate projects and long-term career development.
  • Help build account plans and identify required resources, budget and personnel to ensure success.
  • Radiate and network within the account to help develop new relationships.
  • Become trusted advisor for your clients and their teams.
  • Help build Healthcare digital transformation solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and high level-of-service across PK client experiences.
  • Contribute to PK thought leadership in relevant content development, events and account-based marketing.

Qualifications

  • Established track record in project delivery within Healthcare accounts.
  • 5+ years in prior consulting experience, with 3+ years as a manager of people and teams and delivering projects to healthcare clients.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in digital transformation, data, marketing, and customer experience functions.
  • A confirmed ability to support Digital Transformation conversations with client executives.
  • Direct experience with project delivery and account development for healthcare accounts in professional services or agency environment.
  • A track record of effectively managing cross-functional project teams to uncover additional opportunities.
  • Experience with digital experience platform (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe and Sitecore) delivery a plus.
  • Well-honed written, verbal and interpersonal skills with strong emotional IQ and “driver” mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams with balance of growth mindset and accountability.
