Senior Staffing Coordinator – Union, NJ – To $70k

This successful, growing healthcare company needs your staffing expertise!

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Actively participate in staffing cases. Ensure new cases are input to the system immediately, that cases are staffed in advance of their start date, with sustainability and
  • Provide oversite and management for the appropriate caregiver to client match as well as manage unbilled overtime, travel expenses for caregiver, and other extraneous expenses that negatively impact the bottom line.
  • Keep a detailed record of caregivers and update CRM, software with appropriate notes on all Caregiver-related These documents are to serve as a daily and weekly worksheet for upper management, your co-workers, as well as a tool to organize caregiver and client information.
  • Ensure that all caregivers  are clocking-in and -out appropriately. Every week, verify the hours each Caregiver has worked, by phone. You will enter hours and review those hours with our team to ensure accuracy against the active schedule on alternate Mondays.
  • At least, once a week (currently every Thursday), the company runs a hiring and on-boarding in-service and training course for new employees at which you’ll meet all new employees.
  • At the end of each day, you’ll send a “Daily Update” to our internal team using our internal Software .
  • Assist the Compliance Manager in collecting and submitting required documents to Insurance Carriers for clients who have insurance policies within one week of each billing
  • Submit proper caregiver documentation to each facility, as per their protocols, in advance of the caregiver arriving at the
  • Represent the company on all phone inquiries related to Unemployment claims, and to accurate depict the employment
  • Utilize sound judgment when documenting non-clinical grievances and incidents, while effectively managing work assignments and schedules, you must be able to appraise caregiver productivity for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status (including termination). You must be able to keep open lines of communication with other staff members.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 

  • You must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • You must be able to effectively, compassionately and professionally communicate with clients and client
  • You must be results and quality oriented.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, and use your skill and intuition to appropriately fill cases so that clients are not left without care.
  • You must be able to clearly articulate company’s services, mission, and processes to caregivers and clients.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable method of transportation required.
