Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Restoration is looking for experienced plumbing professionals to join our Plumbing division. A successful candidate for this position will have the knowledge, diagnostic skills, and experience of standard drain cleaning, clearing stoppages and mainlines, performing repairs and installations of water heaters, toilets, and faucets on both residential and commercial properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly
- Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
- Provide multiple options to customer in the form of “Good, Better, Best”
- Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solution
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years of residential plumbing experience is required
- Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement
- MUST have a valid California driver’s license & clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to work weekends and (1) on-call night shift per week
- Able to left up to 60 lbs.
- Willingness to be a team player
