JOB SUMMARY
RANDYS is looking for an Experienced Warehouse Shipping Associate to lead & coordinate the activities of the associates who are picking, packing and shipping of sales orders from a multi-channel fulfillment center made up of B2B and B2C customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the outbound team with the activities of the sales department to ensure sales orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures promoting acceptable accuracy of sales order fulfillment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on sales order issues.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding functional area KPI’s.
- Ensure that the outbound team meets all mandated safety requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to actively listen, seeks information, and asks questions to ensure the understanding of the underlying concerns of others.
- Ability to understand issues and make systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information.
- Ability to oversee other warehouse functions as needed, such as receiving and inventory control.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience leading a customer facing fulfillment team.
- Computer proficiency including MS Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Microsoft ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience with Connect Ship and generating BOLs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
