$100,000 annually
$48 per clock hour (Not flag hour) for a Superstar Automotive Technician Diagnostician/Shop Foreman/Leader…. No weekends….. 40 hours per week.
$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS
**Bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment
Full service automotive shop seeking superstar technicians who can help us grow a team of technicians.

Do you want to earn over 100k? Do you want the opportunity for advancement to Management? Do you want the opportunity to relocate to a different state in the future? We are opening 16 additional locations around the country over the next 20 months. We have 11 thriving sales departments in the Western half of the US currently with tremendous growth in service.
We need help growing our own technician base from within. We want to team superstars like you with green techs that have desire and basic skills to succeed. You will grow them into C then B and then A plus techs by imparting your skills and work ethics into eager candidates that you will hand pick for the job. These beginner techs will do your heavy lifting, non-skilled teardown, cleanup, and assembly while learning from a Master like you.
You would be developing a team from the ground up just like you would if you started your own shop. We will provide tools for new candidates that you want to bring on staff. We have a wonderful in-house tool program for new tech. We offer a simple payback system over time once a candidate becomes a more proficient tech. Help us acquire train and develop a team of superstars. In time they own all the tools we front for them.
