– This position will be a WAH (work at home) opportunity
– Schedule: standard daylight business hours
Responsibilities:
– Communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers
– Analyzes the financial impact of contracts and terms
– Maintains contracts and documentation within a tracking system
– May assist with identifying and recruiting providers based on network composition and needs.
– Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
– Follows established guidelines/procedures
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Sales minded and motivated
– Familiar with ADA codes (big plus)
– Windows based PC & MS Office friendly
– Familiar with ADA codes
– Detail-oriented
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years relevant business experience in contracting
– Experience with dental practice recruitment, dental carriers, and/or dental provider relations
– Experience in managed care contracting and/or provider relations
