Join Community Home Care as a Recruiter!
With this role you will be responsible to initiate contact with interested applicants through various recruiting methods and assist individuals with application process. Must be comfortable being out in the field and covering other offices (our main office is located by Upper Saddle River,NJ).
What you’ll do:
In the field:
- Post flyers and street recruits to acquire new leads.
- Attend open houses and job fairs to acquire new leads.
- Enter leads into proper database and follow up when necessary.
- Network and develop relationships in person and online.
- Assist applicants with the application process.
- Perform data entry tasks.
In the office:
- Resume searches using various websites.
- Referral Bonus Program.
- Ensure all “activations” are in correctly and daily. (Including caregiver codes.)
- Review duplicate errors and reopen leads when necessary.
- Float/cover for other positions within the department, as necessary.
- Tasks/projects as assigned.
- Notify supervisor of any issues or concerns.
- Respond to missed calls/emails in a timely manner (usually within 1 hour).

Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 9 am to 5 pm
- Friday 9 am to 1 pm
Pay: $17.00 per hour
