Experienced Child Care Teacher – Elco Child Care Center – Myerstown, PA

• Our Awesome Staff works approximately 40 hours per week.

• Degree in Early Childhood /Human Service Field.
• Montessori Experience a Plus or a willingness to learn.
• All employees must be able to pass PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting & NSOR
• Must be open to taking State Regulated Training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR, and twelve annual training hours.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing daily routines.
• Coordinate Activities.
• Cleaning and maintaining classroom setting/facility.
• Developing and implementing weekly Montessori based lesson plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of children’s developmental milestones.

Required education:

• History of Child Care Experience.

Required experience:

• Child Care Teacher: 2 years experience
• 30 ECE credits for all non-ECE Degrees
