As a Healthcare Sales Representative
your role will focus primarily on creating relationships with current and prospective clients in efforts of extending our staffing reach to health care organizations in needs of health care professionals. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative to generate leads and sales, maintain existing relationships with existing customers and address their needs as well as a complete range of administrative duties.
To excel in this role, it is required that you are competitive in nature and self-motivated with excellent communication skills (both orally and written).
Role Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies and facilitate logistics.
- Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure and best practices across the company.
- Pursue qualified and unqualified leads to develop your territory, and identify long term care facilities and hospitals that require healthcare staffing service
- Submit qualified candidates to requirements, schedule interviews to take place, and close deals
- Coordinate contracts and compliance
- Prepare and deliver regular forecasts on your sales activities, pipeline, and expected deal closures
Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: $18/Hr + Commission & Bonuses
