Client Experience Ambassador II – Outpatient – Community Services Group, Inc. – Lancaster, PA

As a Client Experience Ambassador, you are the first and primary CSG administrative team member to come into contact with our clients, external customers, and internal program partners. Client Experience Ambassadors will exhibit good judgement to proactively and innovatively ensure the client journey through the administrative processes meets the expectations of clients, external customers, and internal program partners with limited handoffs. Our teams accomplish their work in small interdisciplinary and collaborative teams to manage client day of service administrative experience from the initial contact through service delivery to completion of services. Everyone on the team is accountable to deliver the expected outcome of an excellent client experience.


This position offers:

  • Schedules:

    • Full-Time (40 hours per week). Office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 8:00 PM. Specific schedules will be discussed during interviews.
    • Flexible (PRN) hours filling in as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or customer service relationship position preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours are needed.
  • A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or appointments.
  • Able to travel to trainings/meetings upon request of which may include occasional overnight stays.
