Lead Nurse – RN
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to assist in taking our resident services program to the next level at Wyngate Senior Living Community in Barboursville, WV.
This position will provide backup for our Director of Nursing including on-call responsibilities and promoting our culture. The successful candidate would have a proven track record as a unit manager or assistant director of nursing.
Additional qualifications include:
- Current West Virginia RN license
- Exceptional communication and follow up skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Customer service approach to providing services
- Ability to work any shift when needed
- Able to work independently on the floor with nurses to ensure continuity of care
