An experienced Corporate Healthcare Sourcer is needed to recruit top talent for both clinical and non-clinical roles across the DFW and Central Texas markets. This person will be responsible for the following: in-depth sourcing that supports a large team of clinical and non-clinical recruiters, partnering with hiring managers to understand open roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping to manage the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Minimum of three years of healthcare recruiting experience required
- Hospital systems, nurse and allied health recruiting is strongly preferred
- Both agency and corporate-level recruiting experience a huge plus
