IT Support Technician – Zachary Piper Solutions – National, WV

Zachery Piper Solutions is currently seeking a IT Support Technician to support a government contract located in various positions throughout the United States. The IT Support Technician provides communication to IT servers or users within the IT support life cycle.


Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician include:

  • Troubleshoot, Research and document user issues accurately within a ticketing system.
  • Track equipment deliveries and schedule hardware and software installations
  • Provide IT technical support and report the status of projects.
  • Coordinate with the government service integrator to resolve incidents and problems

Qualifications of the IT Support Technician include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
  • Experience installing and re-imaging devices while providing user support for devices
  • Hold an active IAT I-III Certification: CompTIA A+, CCNA-Security, Network+, Security+CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or any other IAT Level I-III Certification
  • Must have a (CAC) Common Access Card
  • Experience working in a DoD/ Military Environment

Qualifications of the IT Support Technician include:

  • $22.75 hourly
  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays
  • If traveling, will receive Per Diem and Hotel and Travel expenses covered
