The Children’s SPOT, Inc. provides in-home, center, and school-based programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Language Disorders, Sensory and Motor disorders, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome, Auditory Processing Disorder and Apraxia. Our company was formed to respond to the complex needs of our clients for multiple, coordinated services using a trans-disciplinary team approach. Our team of Occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists, BCBA therapists and ABA instructors/RBTs work together to develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs to address the needs of each client.
The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is currently in search of RBTs who are looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization. The essential functions of the RBT will be to implement a program developed by a BCBA to address the deficits and needs of the client using direct instruction, discrete trial, shaping, chaining, task analysis, and reinforcement procedures. The individual will provide session notes and record data during each session with the client. The RBT is supervised by a BCBA and will receive initial and ongoing training. The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of direct experience implementing a verbal behavior program. Applicants should be familiar with applied behavior analysis terminology. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
Therapists will be working in the clinic, home, or community setting. Mileage reimbursement is available for therapists that travel from client to client.

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
