Hollandia Outdoor Living Concepts is a faith-based organization whose mission is to provide award winning design, installation, and maintenance service to every client. Our service-focused team and industry leading resources allow us to be the premier landscape contractor in West Michigan. We are currently looking for a Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team.
Join our team as a Landscape Crew Leader. The right person will be able to communicate effectively with customers and employees! Experience in the Green Industry is preferred, but not a requirement, as we are willing to train the right candidate!
This person will be installing pavers, retaining walls, planting and mowing. This team will be operating skid steers, tractors, mini skid steers and a handful of power equipment. We have updated and new equipment for use!

-Complete jobs safely and efficiently
-Complete appropriate paperwork
-Oversees other team members on your jobsite
-Assist with snow operations
-Good communication with your team members
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Provide quality work
-Dependable, self motivated, honest and trustworthy
-Reliable transportation and punctuality
-Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Able to stand/walk for entire shift. Able to bend, reach and pull
– Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable on company’s insurance policy. Chauffer’s license is preferred. Pesticide license is also preferred. Must be able to pass a drug test
Additional benefits supplied by the company include paid vacation, health insurance both medical and dental. This job is Monday-Friday starting at 7am. 40-50 hours per week. Must be able to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays to meet business demands and/or work around weather conditions.
