We are seeking an EXPERIENCED MEDICAL SCRIBE/ MEDICAL ASSISTANT to become a part of our HOLISTIC DYNAMIC team! You will perform routine clinical assignments in the role of medical assistant with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) scribe responsibilities to the providers to assist in keeping the clinic running smoothly and servicing patients in a timely manner. Applicants must be responsible, confident, mature, punctual, self-motivating and possess the ability to multi-task. Experience required, interventional pain management experience preferred, experience with e-clinical works software preferred- Multi speciality, Chiropractic or Physical Therapy a plus. This is a full-time position in a small private multi-faceted practice. All applicants must submit resume’, professional references and salary requirements. Successful complete of pre-employment and random drug screening as well as criminal background checks are required.

- Proficient with Neuromuscular Medical Terminology
- Interested in chiropractic and physical therapy practices.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all clinical and scribe duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms; Obtain subjective, SOAP and superb documentation.
- Participate in Initial/Re-exam and all documentation to mimic clinical providers style and detail.
- Attention to meticulous detail and observation
- Professional and ability to learn and multitask
- Anatomy a plus
- Ability to handle patient needs administratively and clinically with provider direction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working in a specialty medical practice
- Familiarity with electronic medical records/ EHR
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal for students entering in medical career (i.e. PA, NP, RN)
