Digital / Media Sales Account Manager

Hot On! Homes is looking for an Account Manager to sell Hot On! Homes advertising, marketing, and digital advertising products to new home builders, developers, and clients in related industries (mortgage, credit, home furnishings, etc.) in the DFW area. At Hot On! Homes, you will work with our existing Home Builders and Developers and aggressively work to bring new clients into our program.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Hot On! Homes Marketing and Advertising Program and Digital Products to builders and developers in the DFW Region.
  • Prospect and contact new builders and developers, develop referrals, and set sales presentation appointments with builder/developer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Timely deliver all sales reports, status reports, call sheets, and meeting review reports
  • Attend training sessions.
  • Attend Hot On! Sales team meetings as requested at Hot On! Corporate (DFW)
  • Maintain high personal and professional standards whenever representing the Hot On! Homes Brand.
  • Participate in all product development discussions as requested by providing feedback from the field
  • Maintain a visible and valuable presence at local industry functions and events.

Hot On! Homes is a division of Crozier & Henderson Productions, Dallas, Texas. We provide a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Hot On! Compensation will be a base salary ($45,000 annual) and a commission.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an environment that sells radio, tv, digital, geotargeting, or print advertising. If you’ve worked in sales or sales support for a tv, agency, or radio station, we want to talk to you.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must love to network!
  • Great client management skills- there cannot be too much communication between Hot On! and our clients.
  • Must be responsible and able to work without constant supervision.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude, high energy & engaging personality.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  • Must live in the DFW area. Our offices are in Carrollton, TX.
  • This is not a remote position.

Individuals MUST HAVE RECENTLY worked in a MEDIA SALES ENVIRONMENT. We’re specifically looking for sales support people that are looking to move into sales, or sales professionals looking to move up to larger accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
