General Function: To ensure that all aspects of maintenance, i.e., landscaping, grounds, and equipment, etc. are maintained in a thorough and timely manner within the resort grounds.
General Maintenance
- Ensures resort grounds are maintained to the company and agency health and safety standards. (Will include tree trimming and yard maintenance)
- Must have experience with commercial weed-eaters, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Helps with trash pick-up throughout the resort. Maintains trash barrels – keep areas around trash enclosures neat and clean
- Performs necessary repairs as needed and/or directed for the following: Resort buildings and some sprinkler repair

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Minimum high school education is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- General maintenance experience.
- Basic plumbing and carpentry experience.
- Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining lawn mowers, weed eaters and chainsaws
- Ability to operate and maintain a company vehicle required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean 3-year history, and no DUI within the past 5 years.
- Reliable transportation.
- Requires weekend, night and holiday work.
