- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not mandatory

- $16+ / hour (paid biweekly)
- 10-hour shifts are typical; some flexibility required – shifts may be longer from time-to-time

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with morning load out
- Ensure that all pre and post Mentor trips are completed
- Monitor and track all Delivery Associate progress on the road
- Problem solve with DA’s to identify and overcome barriers and weaknesses on the road
- Collaborate with the station to keep leadership updated on accidents, incidents and barriers
- End of shift inventory check of all route work bags and vans
- Assist with the coordination of fleet maintenance
- Intermediate to advanced computer and smartphone skills
- Current knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and or Google Suite
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and leadership

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid state driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening

- Handheld technology
- Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
