Where do YOU fit in?

The Internal Rehab Services Technician will repair stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM). This work can be physically demanding but above all else, it’s extremely rewarding! Your success will directly impact the environment & quality of water in your community!

Specific duties:

  • Operate small to moderately sized equipment such as skid steers, tractors, and small excavators
  • Facilitate and coordinate repairs and subcontractor services
  • Use hand tools and small power equipment
  • Company paid overnight travel (e.g. food, water, lodging) during the week

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and maintaining insurable status under company auto policy are ongoing requirements of this position (Class A CDL preferred)
  • Able to complete tasks and duties without supervision
  • Small-Medium equipment operator experience (skid steers, light tractors, small excavators, trenching equipment, chippers)
  • Knowledge of electric and gas operated hand tools (concrete saw, demolition hammer, generator, external sump pumps, jack tampers, chainsaws)
  • Able to work 40-50 hours per week and travel throughout the week
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to work outside in wide variety of weather
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Related experience / work in concrete, excavation, restorations, stormwater management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Heavy Equipment Operator: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License:

  • CDL Class A (Preferred)
