Analytics Marketing Specialist – TurnPoint – Atlanta, GA

TurnPoint Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will work closely in a shared services model with our marketing team to plan, execute and track marketing programs. Responsibilities will also include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, assisting with the organization of marketing assets, and providing project-specific tactical support with digital, media, social, direct response, and promotion based efforts. The successful Marketing Specialist candidate is a process-oriented, fast learner with excellent creative problem-solving skills and is a superior communicator.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring active and completed marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers to successfully translate marketing strategies into effective marketing tactics across all marketing channels
  • Assist in the identification of marketing trends and key opportunities for efficiencies and optimizations to drive market demand, generate repeat customers, and deliver profitable growth
  • Assist with the production of marketing plans, materials, collateral, and campaign calendars and updating websites, templates and assets
  • Assist with the extraction and evaluation of data, as well as create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency, analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide administrative project support for a variety of marketing programs
  • Assists marketing managers with budget administration for brands by compiling and tracking invoices, reporting on monthly spend, balancing budget items, etc.
  • Routinely monitor and extract performance data from assorted technology platforms
  • Project manage multiple initiatives.
  • Support customer lifecycle execution and reputation management process/outcomes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Google Analytics/metrics tracking experience; ability to measure content performance and report on traffic, click-throughs, SEO, etc.
  • Organized, logical, process-oriented, strategic, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently to achieve desired outcomes
  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experiece with digital and traditional marketing methods and channels in the B2C sector (consideration will be given to B2B candidates)
  • Prefer experience with and/or understanding of the plumbing, HVAC and electrical services industry
  • Advanced investigative analytical and problem-solving skills
