Primary Care Anywhere is looking to add an LVN to their fast growing practice in the Beaumont area. The LVN will conduct home visits in conjunction with nurse practitioner and/or physician in the patient’s place of residence. Other duties will include:
- Provides nursing care as needed and within their scope of practice;
- Assesses the medical status of assigned patients;
- Prepares accurate documentation of the visit in a timely manner;
- No charting by LVN required.
Pay is $18-22/hr DOE. Mileage stipend included too.
