We are a fully licensed medical and recreational cannabis dispensary in Long Beach,CA. We offer an extensive selection of cannabis products and it is imperative that we have the most knowledgeable, reliable and professional staff to assist our customers.
We are currently seeking fast learning, hard-working and reliable professionals to join our team and our vision of having the highest quality staff in the industry. We currently have openings for part time or full time budtenders for our PM shift. 25-35 hours, weekends are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and educate customers on various cannabis products and consumption methods
- Answer phones and accurately operate computer systems
- Assist other staff members or managers with daily tasks, cleaning, restocking, packaging, labeling, etc.
- Prepare, store, label, and distribute cannabis in a safe, accurate, and timely manner in accordance with policies and procedure and state law.
- Cash management – Accurately account for the cash drawer assigned to you by managing cash with integrity, caution and intent.
- Patient Education – Educate patients on the product, following carefully prepared presentation and security protocols. Help the customer to know the facts around cannabis prohibition.
- Compliant Dispensing – Review wholesale vendor products and internal flower to accurate labeling and sale packages.
- Product Recommendations – Discuss with customers their preferences and make recommendations based on available products at King’s Crew.
- Public relations – Recognize that the bud-tender is often the face of the store so ensure a kind representation of our values.
- Marketing – Assist in social media, promotions, store décor and events to market King’s Crew product and brand.
- Inventory control – Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory by completing regular inventory audits.
- Patient identification – Ensure the person buying product has been age and identify verified.
- Quality control – Review the quality of in-house and vendor products.
- Any and all additional duties assigned by supervisor(s)
MUST HAVE:
- Strong cannabis knowledge, including local laws
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Integrity and clean work appearance
- Accurate cash handling and strong computer systems and POS experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights and weekends, NO exceptions! (Store hours are from 9a-9p, 7 days a week)
