REACH, LTC is actively seeking to hire a highly qualified Regional MDS/Clinical Reimbursement Director to oversee and manage multi-facility operations of our St. Louis, Missouri Regions’ MDS Departments. The Director will oversee and audit MDS submissions and reimbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance, identify opportunities for improvement in MDS processes, and track to ensure appropriate care is provided to residents. The Director’s responsibilities include providing assistance and training to facility Leadership team, clinical staff, MDS Coordinators related to the MDS process, QMs, MDS software functionality, and best practices, working with the leadership team to ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines, and monitoring and reporting any process deficiencies as needed. Must be open to travel between facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) Missouri license
  • Previous experience with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) electronic system
  • Minimum of 3 years as an MDS coordinator preferred

The Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement will support the initiatives of the VP of Operations and the VP of Clinical Services to ensure operating objectives meet or exceed the goals of Reach Long Term Care.
