MDS Coordinator – Capital City Gardens – Columbus, OH

Capital City Gardens, is a 104-bed skilled nursing facility that is looking to hire a full-time MDS Coordinator. We focus on providing quality person-centered care while creating and providing a rewarding and enjoyable place to work.

Job Requirements

• Must have MDS 3.0 experience in an MDS department.
• Must be knowledgeable of long-term care nursing and medical practices
• Must have excellent customer service skills and teamwork attitude.
• Must be a state-licensed RN in Ohio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask and oversee functions at the facility on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work independently and make decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Basic computer literacy and skills
