Warehouse Staff – CRH – Napoleon, OH

Job Description Summary

Ensures the safe, accurate and efficient delivery of OES product to the customer by preparing product to ship according to customer specifications. We are offering a sign-on bonus of $1,000.00.

Essential Duties

Locates, transports and verifies the appropriate product number and amount according to picking slip specifications
Safely secures product to pallets and containers prior to loading to prevent product damage during transport
Repacks pallets as necessary and loads packaged product onto trucks according to customer specifications
Stages product orders to prepare for shipping
Conducts cycle counts for inventory accuracy
Participates in physical inventory
Builds secondary assembly of parts as needed to meet special customer orders
Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment to support shipping efficiency, prevent product damage, and prevent injuries
Other duties may be assigned as needed

Knowledge/Skills

Mobile Equipment operation; sit down forklift – training will be provided by OES
Scanner operation – training will be provided by OES
Class A CDL with air brake endorsement, desired
Ability to hook up and unhook semi-trailers, desired

Physical Requirements

This job involves the following physical demands: Sitting, walking, climbing stairs, standing, climbing, bending, stretching, and using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items.
Lifting requirements are generally up to 40 pounds maximum.

Work Environment

Environmental conditions involve significant outdoor work
Exposure to very cold and very warm outdoor environment
Exposure to damp conditions on occasion
Driving during nighttime darkness at times
