Medical Receptionist – Healthonomic Primary Care – Palos Heights, IL

Healthonomic Primary Care is a growing company servicing a patient population in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Healthonomic is looking for a person with strong customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties are as followed but not limited to: COVID screening greets and assists patients and visitors. Check-In patients, ask them to complete any paperwork, scan insurance cards, and scan Identification/Driver’s Licenses for new patients and active patients who need to be updated. After their visit, check-out patients print out and scan in any orders, prescriptions, or other documents provided by the provider and make follow-up appointments as directed.

· Ensures the work area/station is clean, tidy, put together, organized, and ready for the next day or the next employee who may be working at that work station.

· Ensures patients’ waiting area is clean, tidy, put together, organized, and ready for the next day. This should be done before and after every shift.

Pay: $33,000.00 – $39,000.00 per year
